Helps customers in Lowe’s Electrical & Lighting department choose products, completes sales-floor tasks, and supports order fulfillment and merchandise organization.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help locate and select merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, prepare merchandise for customer needs, and process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; able to meet the role’s standing, sitting, and lifting requirements.
