About the job
Provides customer service in the Electrical & Lighting department by helping shoppers find products, handling merchandise, and completing store tasks.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through product selection or checkout.
- Locate, handle, replenish, and prepare merchandise; process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Train across store areas and help meet customer needs, including occasional merchandise loading.
