About the job
Provides customer service in the Flooring department by helping shoppers select products, handling merchandise, and supporting store operations.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through shopping or checkout.
- Locate and handle merchandise, replenish shelves, and prepare department products to meet customer needs.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately and cross-train in other store areas.
