About the job
Provides customer service in Lowe’s Flooring department by helping shoppers select products, locating merchandise, processing orders, and maintaining stock.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
