About the job
Help customers in Lowe’s Flooring department choose products and services, locate merchandise, and complete shopping needs while maintaining merchandise and supporting store operations.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
- Help customers locate and handle merchandise; replenish shelves and prepare products for customer needs.
- Process orders and deliveries, guide customers through shopping or checkout, and cross-train in other store areas.
