Welcomes customers in the Flooring department, helps them choose products and services, and handles merchandise and store tasks to meet their home-improvement needs.
What you'll do
- Answer customer questions, guide shopping or checkout, and help locate and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise for customer needs.
- Train across store areas and complete other assigned duties.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, addition, and subtraction skills.
