About the job
Helps flooring customers choose products and services, locates and handles merchandise, and supports store operations and customer service.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find and select merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise for customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other physical activities.
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted, or over 25 pounds with or without an accommodation.
Nice to have
- 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
- Bilingual skills or a trade-related certification.
Pay
