Welcomes customers in the Flooring department, helps them select products and services, and supports merchandise handling and store operations.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
- Help customers locate and handle merchandise; replenish shelves and process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Prepare department merchandise for customer needs and assist with shopping or checkout.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; able to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
