About the job
Welcomes and assists customers in the Hardware department, helping them select merchandise and services while maintaining stock and supporting store operations.
What you'll do
- Answer customer questions, provide service, and help customers locate, handle, and select merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
