About the job
Serve customers in Lowe’s Hardware department by helping them find and select products, answering questions, handling merchandise, and maintaining store stock.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service, including helping with shopping or checkout.
- Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise; replenish shelves and prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately and cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
