About the job
Provide customer service in Lowe’s Outside Lawn & Garden department by helping customers find products, handling merchandise, and keeping products stocked and orders accurate.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and purchase merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, prepare merchandise for customer needs, and process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Cross-train in other store areas and perform other assigned duties.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other required activities.
