Welcomes Lowe’s customers and helps them find, select, and handle products and services for home improvement needs in the Outside Lawn & Garden department.
What you'll do
- Answer customer questions and provide friendly, professional service; help customers locate products and guide them through shopping or checkout.
- Replenish and organize merchandise, process orders and deliveries, and prepare products based on customer needs.
- Cross-train in other store areas and perform other assigned duties.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills; ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other necessary activities.
