About the job
Provides customer service in Lowe’s Outside Lawn & Garden department, helping customers find and select merchandise and supporting product handling and store operations.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and train across store areas to support customer service.
What they ask for
- 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other necessary activities.
- Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted, or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.
Nice to have
- 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience; bilingual skills.
