About the job
Welcomes and assists Lowe’s customers in the Paint department, helping them select products, prepare merchandise, and meet their home improvement needs.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise, such as tinting and mixing paint.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other physical activity.
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted, or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.
Nice to have
- At least 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience; bilingual skills.
- Certification in a trade related to the department.
Pay
