Helps customers in Lowe’s plumbing department select products, resolve home improvement needs, and complete shopping and merchandise tasks.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through product selection, shopping, or checkout.
- Locate, handle, replenish, and prepare merchandise; process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Cross-train in other store areas and provide customer service as needed.
