Serve plumbing-department customers by helping them select products, answering questions, and supporting merchandise and order handling.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
- Help customers locate and handle merchandise; replenish shelves and process orders and deliveries.
- Prepare department merchandise for customer needs, such as cutting and threading pipe, and assist with shopping or checkout.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other required activities.
