About the job
Provides customer service in Lowe’s Pro Services department by helping shoppers select products, processing orders, and maintaining merchandise.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
