About the job
Helps customers in the Pro Services department choose products, complete purchases, and meet home improvement needs while maintaining merchandise and processing orders.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, prepare merchandise for customer needs, and process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
