About the job
Provides customer service in Lowe’s Pro Services department by helping customers choose products, locate merchandise, and complete orders for home improvement needs.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, guide shopping or checkout, and help customers locate and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries accurately, and prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Cross-train in other store areas and perform other assigned duties.
