Provides customer service in Lowe’s Pro Services, helping shoppers select products, handling merchandise, and supporting order fulfillment and store operations.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and check out with products.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Train across store areas and complete other assigned duties.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
