Provides customer service in Lowe’s Pro Services, helping shoppers select products, process orders, and meet their home improvement needs.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through shopping or checkout.
- Help locate, handle, prepare, and replenish merchandise; process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.

- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
