About the job
Provides customer service in Lowe’s Pro Services, helping customers select products, process orders, and keep merchandise stocked and prepared.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Process orders and deliveries, replenish shelves, and prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
