Provides customer service in Lowe’s Pro Services, helping shoppers select products, process orders, and meet merchandise needs.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through shopping or checkout.
- Help customers locate, select, and handle merchandise; replenish shelves and prepare products as needed.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-train in other store areas.
