Provides customer service in Lowe’s Pro Services, helping customers find, select, and handle home-improvement products while maintaining merchandise and processing orders.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through shopping or checkout.
- Help locate and handle merchandise; replenish shelves and prepare products for customer needs.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, addition, and subtraction skills.
- Able to meet physical demands, including standing or sitting as needed and lifting at least 25 lb unassisted, or over 25 lb with or without an accommodation.
Nice to have
