Helps customers in Lowe’s Tools department find and select products, answers questions, maintains merchandise, and supports sales and checkout needs.

- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare merchandise for customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
