About the job
Helps Lowe’s customers in the Tools department find and select products, answers questions, and supports merchandise stocking, preparation, and order fulfillment during closing shifts.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, prepare merchandise for customer needs, and process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
