About the job
Serve customers in Lowe’s Tools department by helping them find products, answering questions, handling merchandise, and supporting store operations.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and purchase merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise based on customer needs.
- Train across store areas and occasionally load merchandise to support customer service.
