Full Time - Sales Specialist - Appliances - Bilingual Preferred

What you'll do

• Understand customer needs, explain product features and services, and help close sales.
• Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
• Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and associate training in the assigned department.

What they ask for

• High School Diploma or GED, or the stated experience alternative if the education requirement is not met.
• Customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience: 1 year or 6 months, respectively; if education requirement is not met, 3 years of external customer-facing sales or 18 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with required goals or metrics.
• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; meet the stated standing, sitting, and lifting requirements; obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state law.

Nice to have

• Experience completing customer sales orders; promoting product-related services and plans; or designing customized products using 20/20 or Computer-Aided Design System.
• Department-related professional certification or bilingual skills.
