Helps customers select appliances and complete home improvement purchases by providing product guidance, sales support, and assistance with orders and installations.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs, explain product features and promotions, and help close sales.
- Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, and support checkout and department operations.
