About the job
Help customers choose appliances and other home-improvement products by advising on product features, sales, financing, and project needs, while supporting orders and department operations.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service, product guidance, estimates, and information about promotions and financing.
- Coordinate customer orders and installations, monitor inventory, and follow up on project completion.
- Support department operations, pricing, checkout, and associate training.
