Helps customers select appliances and complete home improvement purchases by providing product guidance, sales support, and order and installation coordination.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs, explain product features and financing options, and provide customer service to support sales.
- Provide project estimates, arrange installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors or other stores, maintain pricing documentation, and coach department associates.
