Helps customers select appliances and complete home-improvement purchases by providing product expertise, sales support, and assistance with orders and installations.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, explain product features and financing, and help close sales.
- Coordinate estimates, installer visits, customer orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Support inventory and pricing tasks, checkout assistance, and department associate training.
