Full Time - Sales Specialist - Cabinets - Day

What you'll do

• Understand customer needs, answer questions, and explain product and service benefits to make sales.
• Provide project estimates, coordinate installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on completion.
• Monitor inventory, maintain pricing documentation, assist with checkout, and train department associates.

What they ask for

• High school diploma or GED; if this is not met, the posting specifies alternative experience thresholds.
• Customer-facing sales experience: 1 year or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience; if the education requirement is not met, 3 years of external sales experience or 18 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with sales goals or metrics.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to meet stated standing, sitting, and lifting requirements; obtain required state sales licensure or registration.

Nice to have

• Experience completing customer sales orders or promoting related services and plans.
• Experience designing customized products using 20/20 or Computer-Aided Design System; relevant professional certification or bilingual skills.

Pay

$18.50 - $19.25 per hour (base pay)
