Helps customers plan home improvement projects and select products, providing sales support and coordinating orders, installations, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, explain product features and services, and help close sales.
- Provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, and support checkout and associate training.
