About the job
Helps customers plan home-improvement projects, select cabinet products and services, and complete sales and installation orders in a Lowe’s department.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, answer product questions, and provide estimates and information on features, promotions, and financing.
- Coordinate customer orders and installations, including scheduling, tracking, and follow-up; monitor inventory and work with vendors or other stores.
- Support department operations, including pricing, checkout assistance, and training associates.
What they ask for
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer-facing sales experience: 1 year, or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience; if the education requirement is not met, 3 years of external customer-facing sales experience or 18 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
- Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; able to stand and sit for prolonged periods and lift at least 25 lbs as specified.
