Helps customers choose and purchase home-improvement products, providing project guidance and coordinating estimates, orders, installations, and follow-up in the assigned department.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs, answer questions, and explain product features, services, promotions, and financing options to support sales.
- Provide project estimates; schedule installer visits; process and track orders and installations; and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, support checkout, and coach department associates.
