Helps customers with flooring and other home-improvement projects by recommending products, providing estimates, processing orders and installations, and supporting sales and store operations.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs, explain product features and financing, and provide sales assistance.
- Prepare project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing documentation, support checkout and floor requests, and coach department associates.
