Helps customers choose flooring and other home-improvement products, advises on project options, and supports sales, orders, installations, and department operations.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, explain product features and services, and help close sales.
- Prepare project estimates; schedule and track orders and installations; follow up on completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and associate training in the assigned department.
