About the job
Helps flooring customers choose products and complete home improvement projects by providing sales advice, estimates, order and installation support, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Assist customers with product selection, questions, promotions, and financing to close sales.
- Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and departmental operations; coach associates as needed.
