Helps flooring and other department customers choose products, plan projects, and complete sales by providing product expertise and coordinating estimates, orders, installations, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Assist customers with product selection, project questions, promotions, and financing options to close sales.
- Provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, support checkout and department requests, and train associates.
