About the job
Help customers select flooring and other home-improvement products, provide project support, and complete sales in a retail department.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on product features, promotions, financing, and project needs to close sales.
- Prepare estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, and support checkout and department operations.
