About the job
Helps customers select flooring and other home-improvement products, provides project support, and works to close sales.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, explain product features and financing, and help them meet project needs.
- Coordinate estimates, installer visits, customer orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and department associate training.
