About the job
Helps customers select flooring and other home-improvement products, provides sales and project support, and coordinates orders and installations.
What you'll do
- Assist customers with product questions, project needs, and sales.
- Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and department associate training.
