About the job
Advise customers in the Flooring department, recommend products and services, and coordinate sales, estimates, orders, and installations to help customers complete home improvement projects.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs, explain product features and options, and provide sales assistance.
- Prepare project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory and pricing, support checkout and department requests, and train associates.
