About the job
Help customers select flooring and other home-improvement products, provide project support, and complete sales in a Lowe’s store department.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs, explain product features and services, and support sales.
- Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, assist with checkout and customer requests, and train department associates.
