About the job
Helps customers select flooring and other home-improvement products, provides sales and project support, and manages orders and inventory in the assigned department.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs, explain product features and sales options, and help close sales.
- Provide estimates, coordinate installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing documentation, and support checkout and departmental operations.
