About the job
Helps customers choose flooring and other home-improvement products, provides project and sales support, and works to complete customer orders and installations.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs, answer product questions, and explain product features, promotions, and financing options.
- Provide project estimates, coordinate installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, and support checkout and department operations.
