Helps customers choose flooring and other home-improvement products, provides project support and estimates, and works to complete sales and installations.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers about project needs, product features, promotions, and financing options.
- Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and associate training in the department.
