Helps customers select flooring and other home-improvement products, provides project support, and completes sales and related department operations.
What you'll do
- Assist customers with product questions, project estimates, orders, installations, and follow-up.
- Monitor inventory and pricing, and support checkout and other store requests.
- Train department associates through on-the-job coaching.
