About the job
Helps customers select flooring and other home-improvement products, close sales, and coordinate estimates, orders, installations, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, answer product questions, and explain product features, promotions, and financing options.
- Provide project estimates; coordinate installer visits and customer orders or installations; follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory and pricing, support store service and checkout needs, and train department associates.
